Quick backstory - We had a recent windstorm dislodge a piece of siding from our house. Over the past three weeks I've reached out to several contractors (some who were nice enough to tell me they "don't do a job that small" and others who just didn't call back). Today, I called RFO Contracting during non-business hours expecting to leave a message (and hopefully get a call back). To my surprise Russ picked up the phone and was extremely friendly from the start. He was nice enough to come out as soon as possible because he didn't want the dislodged siding to become a bigger problem for us. Let me repeat this - It was important to him that we get this repaired before it became a bigger problem for us. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I've never had one as customer focused, friendly, and communicative as RFO Contracting. Russ took the time to educate me on how the siding connects, how he planned on repairing it, and ensuring that it met my standards/needs. Even though it was a relatively small repair he ensured it was done with the highest level of quality to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I just can't RAVE ENOUGH about how good the customer service was. In a world where many contractors won't even return your call, I was blown away at the responsiveness, professionalism, and extremely reasonable cost RFO offers. I took his card and it's now permanently on our fridge (we will definitely use his service again!!!) Thank you Russ!!!
