You can tell that russel and his team take pride in their work and the cost was a fair value. They are super friendly and professional. 				We hired Russell from RFO Contracting for a project as part of our house remodeling business. The quality of work was good, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe. Initially, we had an issue obtaining a W9 form from Russell for our tax filings. After multiple attempts to contact him, we were frustrated by the lack of response. However, he has now provided the W9, which we appreciate. While there was a delay in communication, we recognize the quality of his work and his ability to complete projects on time. 				Highly recommend - Russ did a fantastic job. He came to give me a free estimate and he prioritized the work I needed to have done in a very clear way. We set up to fix the more immediate issues and he was able to move me up in his queue when he had a cancellation. He knew rain was coming later in the week and was kind enough to give me priority when he had the time. Such a fair price and incredibly helpful with my (new to me) VERY old farmhouse. Will definitely be using him again in the future to finish up the work I need done still!

				Quick backstory - We had a recent windstorm dislodge a piece of siding from our house. Over the past three weeks I've reached out to several contractors (some who were nice enough to tell me they "don't do a job that small" and others who just didn't call back). Today, I called RFO Contracting during non-business hours expecting to leave a message (and hopefully get a call back). To my surprise Russ picked up the phone and was extremely friendly from the start. He was nice enough to come out as soon as possible because he didn't want the dislodged siding to become a bigger problem for us. Let me repeat this - It was important to him that we get this repaired before it became a bigger problem for us. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I've never had one as customer focused, friendly, and communicative as RFO Contracting. Russ took the time to educate me on how the siding connects, how he planned on repairing it, and ensuring that it met my standards/needs. Even though it was a relatively small repair he ensured it was done with the highest level of quality to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I just can't RAVE ENOUGH about how good the customer service was. In a world where many contractors won't even return your call, I was blown away at the responsiveness, professionalism, and extremely reasonable cost RFO offers. I took his card and it's now permanently on our fridge (we will definitely use his service again!!!) Thank you Russ!!!
